Items that show signs of wear, damage, scent, or alteration may not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange request, please contact customer support and include your order number along with the details of the request.
Once the request is received, instructions for completing the return and the return shipping address will be provided.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available if a different size or replacement item is needed.
All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Every effort is made to ensure all products meet quality standards before shipping. However, if an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact customer support as soon as possible.
For confirmed faulty items:
