Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are processed during standard business days only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through Royal Mail, a reliable and secure courier service in the United Kingdom.

Customers may select one of the following shipping options at checkout:

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

  • Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24)

Estimated delivery time: Next business day delivery after dispatch

Please note that delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

Shipping Rates

At present, free standard shipping is offered within the United Kingdom.

If express shipping is selected at checkout, the applicable shipping fee will be displayed before completing the purchase.
